HSBC is located in Kirksville, MO, population 16,988.   Kirksville was founded in 1841 as the county seat of Adair County and named after Jesse Kirk, its first postmaster. 

Kirksville is home to Truman State University and the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine.  Kirksville is also home to Thousand Hills State Park which offers several recreational opportunities including camping, boating, swimming, and fishing.
